Peirson and Buchalter bring nearly two decades of sales and marketing experience to SIA's rich history. Leading projects such as The Residences at Little Nell, The Residences at Esperanza, Grand Regina Los Cabos and north America's largest fractional development Villa La Estancia.

Sean possesses executive level management experience in sales and asset management in vertical industries including Fortune 500 retail, electronics, and resort real estate development.

Sean’s real estate ventures in California, Florida, Mexico and Costa Rica have included the design, planning, sales and marketing of over $900 million in 4- and 5-star level resort communities. Sean’s direct responsibilities in the ventures included market analysis, site selection and acquisitions, financial projections and financial modeling, the raising of equity capital, the establishment of the pre-development sales and marketing launches and the hiring and training of the on-site sales teams.

Sean’s ability to develop effective and progressive strategies throughout the sales cycle has produced multi-millions in equity for the ventures, and has ensured the financial feasibility and viability of these projects even during the recent economic climate.









Michael has a proven track record in the successful management of sales, marketing, and operations in the multinational clothing manufacturer and international luxury resort real estate industries.

Over the last 10 years, Michael has continuously demonstrated his abilities to build and lead international sales teams resulting in sales revenue surpassing $300 million USD. His resort real estate experience has led him to work with some of Mexico's most ambitious beachfront resort developers specifically Raintree Vacation Club and The Villa Group where he acted as Director of Sales Cabo's largest beachfront resort community.

Prior to his success in real estate, Michael held executive level positions with multinational public and private clothing manufacturers. As V.P. of corporations with more than $120 million in annual revenue Michael was responsible for brand management, strategic growth, international marketing and sales management.

Michael's ability to implement and manage sales and marketing campaigns has led to industry leading sales revenue and has provided a platform for success in the early stages of development.










Stefan Peirson has exceptional experience in real estate sales for private luxury resort communities. Having consistently built and trained effective pre-development sales and marketing teams, Stefan has achieved a high degree of success in speed to market and speed out of market strategies. Understanding that a team is only as good as it’s chemistry, Stefan takes extreme care in team member selection.

Prior to joining SIA Living, Stefan founded Blink Realty, a fractional consulting and sales advisory firm based out of Aspen, CO. As Director of Sales at The Residences at The Little Nell in Aspen, CO, Stefan managed over $310 million in hard contract pre-sales representing approximately 90% sell-out in three years. Stefan also brings direct experience in the Cabo San Lucas real estate market where he managed over $55 million at the Auberge Residences at Esperanza, a private residence club.

Still active as a PGA Member, he started his career as a golf professional and was Director of Golf Instruction at Roaring Fork Club, Basalt, CO.
